The info on website for hours open needs to be updated it said closes at 5 on Friday but it closed at 4pm not good

3rd time I have been into this location to ship packages. All 3 times have had some excuse on why they couldn't ship my package. This time it was because the shipping label I printed from a website might cause issues apparently with there machine due to a bar code on the box. I'm outraged that I can walk into any other location and ship these items. The 2 lady's that work the counter at the penticton location are rude, quick to rush you out the door. It's a government job , my taxes pay their inflated salaries, the least they could be is nice I walked into the shoppers drug mart location, and had no problem shipping my packages as they were. Fire these people and hire some people that deserve the job and the wage

I ordered an item and it was being shipped through Canada post, I was tracking my package the whole way. It said that it would take 7 days to get here. On the 8th day I called canada post and got a rude service agent that told me to wait another 7 days. I decided to go into the store and ask and the lady told me that they couldn't confirm my address but that she thinks they lost my item in transit. I got mad as anyone would, so she took my name and # and said shell try and track it down. Ended up finding what truck it was on and told me that she spoke with the drive and that he would deliver it by 5 at the latest. My package came 3 days later. I am not impressed with them at all. If I have a chance to use ANY other shipping company I will. So be careful using Canada post.

Great staff and efficient service. Might want to look into staying open on minor holidays, though. Paying a few staff a bit of overtime to maintain dependability of services would do wonders to help keep Canada Post from going the way of the dodo.

Went to mail something to National Student loans and I had forgotten to write down the address, the staff there refused to help me find the address and said that's not their job. Horrible customer service, bunch of old prude ladies, little to none consideration. I will now be going to London Drugs, or shoppers drug mart.
