Jo is an angel in disguise. I had reached out to her on Thursday, July 23rd asking for assistance in getting my father back home from the Philippines who has been stranded for the past 4 months due to Covid and all of his flights being rebooked only to be cancelled over and over again. I was advised by another carrier that I needed to purchase my father's ticket on his behalf using a travel agent so that my father would not be required to present my credit card at the time of check-in. After explaining to Jo the situation and answering some questions she had about my father and some other important details, Jo had 2 flight options all ready in less than 24 hours. We had gone ahead and booked my dad for the soonest available flight and within 2 days, my dad was finally on his way home. Had I known how much less stress it would have been to involve a travel agent from the start, we would have done it that much sooner. Jo, you have made a believer out of me and the importance of having an experienced travel agent backing you up. We will be coming to you going forward for all of our travel needs and bookings. Couldn't ask for better. We have been asking Joanne to plan our family vacations, couple vacations and destination weddings for years. I don't have to stress about anything, and she always has the first hand knowledge on a property so I don't have hope that the reviews are right. She gets to know her clients and recommends what she knows they love. Definitely the kind of personal touch you want when your making memories with your family!! JC travel has planned a number of trips but Australia was the most amazing for us! The itinerary allowed us to see many places and everything ran like clockwork. The tours were perfect in every place - from the catamaran to the Great Barrier Reef to the star gazing eveining at Ayers Rock! And no call required to the agent to find out where our transfers were from airports to hotels or tours. Highly recommend you call them. They know the world!
