This has rebranded/ been taken over by NXT LVL Performance. I've only been doing crossfit for a year approximately, but this is the best gym i've ever been to. The coaches are super knowledgeable and able to pick up on bad habits quickly and everyone who works out here is super friendly

CrossFit has kept me hooked for over 4 years; longer than any other sport/exercise program. It is great to look back and see how much I have progressed in terms of strength, technique, and general athleticism. I have learned so much about myself, how I move, and my lifestyle habits. The community at Top Notch CrossFit is what keeps me coming back. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. The staff are very helpful and accommodating for their members which encourages their members to give back. I've been recommending Top Notch CrossFit to all of my family and friends to try.
Top Notch Crossfit has changed the way I think of fitness. It has enabled me do do things I never thought were possible. Great people, great coaches! It has changed my life!
Great inclusive atmosphere with highly skilled coaching. Top Notch has become part of my life and has offered me a setting to really pursue some significant life changes.
Coaches are sensitive to individual abilities and provide variations on every exercise to meet you where you’re and then grow from there.
Highly recommend coming in for a work out and talk. 10/10
