Hands down, the best gym! The coach, Lynne Nelson, is absolutely amazing, the members are some of the best people I've ever met, the atmosphere is laid-back and the workouts are kick ass! You might walk in there not knowing anyone or anything about crossfit but you soon have amazing friends and workout partners and a whole lot of confidence. Don't let the f-bombs scare you away cause it will be the best decision you make walking through the doors!

Friendly fun environment. Great coaching staff, who are always willing to help and offer advice. Great environment for new people to the sport and lots of fun challenging workouts for the pro's.
