If i could give 0 star for the customer service. Staff does not even greet anyone. Me and my friend had a very bad experience today. the time slot that suits our time remains full most of the time. We can not come at any other time. We were just concerned that what can we do. My friend asked a guy named MARK very politely that sometimes there are not even 50 members in the gym, can i come as i dont have booking. He said no.. which is Ok. my friend said that i am paying but unable to book session. The guy said you can cancel your membership( in attitude). He should know that he does not own the gym, he works there. He should focus on solving customer complaints instead of telling them to leave the gym. He then just left in attitude and we were still standing there to talk to him. Then we went to him to ask his name. I understand sometimes customers give hard time but we were not abusing him or giving him hard time that he had to say to cancel membership. He should learn some manners and get better training. Any time you call them, they will not pick your call.worst customer service Otherwise gym is all Ok for such a less fees.

I moved to Fit4Less because it was closer to my house. Let me tell you I regret doing that and I'm very upset at Fit4Less. You get what you pay for. If you are ever considering signing up here, just know the level of quality in facility and customer service (it is very poor!) I highly suggest you consider going elsewhere. It's very hard to get in contact with head office and the staffs in the local clubs are no help at all and have no power to help mediate any of your situation. As a person who is always busy around the clock because of work, it is literally impossible to get a workout in. The booking systems are always full. When I do have the time to go and workout, it is fully booked. Booking in advance does not help my situation as things for work always pop up. I called head office to help me with my situation and they said the most they can help me is freeze my account for a month but who knows how long this booking system is going to drag for. What a cash grab! I cancelled my membership and still have to pay out the balance no matter what. They can't help me with my situation and work around it so I signed up for Shapes and I know they will take better care of me. If I ran my business this way, I'd go bankrupt. Poor level of customer service! I've been to Shapes before and their customer service is much better and they regularly maintain their equipment. I know gyms such as Shapes and other local gyms can treat their paying customers with much better care. Pay a little extra and you won't regret it folks

Love this place. It's got all the equipment anyone could ask for and I pay half the price of the big name clubs and no contract. $12 bi-weekly and I get access to massage chairs, hydrotherapy beds, and tanning booths. Can't ask for more than that. Much better than Planet Fitness because Fit4Less has a decent selection of free weights and barbells.

Having a black I've been to my fair share of fit for less, living in a van. This one has nice change room, waterfill and washrooms. Great equipment and weights Good parking

The facility is well cared for and people by and large are respecting the protocols regarding sanitizing the equipment and awaiting their start times. Front end staff need to pay closer attention to the doorbell when people need access. Other than that...good place to be.
