Some of the most knowledgeable coaches in Winnipeg. They care about your goals and will tailor workouts for your expert level. Highly recommend people to check it out or stop by if passing through Winnipeg and need a place to workout!

This place has been multiple levels of good for me. Very friendly environment with a lot of focus, definitely not your average gym. From beginner to advanced, the coaches are there to push and instruct you just the right amount. Give Sublime a chance and let em train you into the best version of yourself.
