Travel Time Inc

The theme of my experience with Luana would be “extra charge.” The initial price was higher than Expedia but we thought having a travel agent would be to our advantage. We were wrong. Every time we talked to Travel Time it seemed we had to pay for something else that for some reason was not included in the original price. We eventually cancelled our trip and despite paying extra for cancelation insurance, it was like pulling teeth trying to get our money back. The customer service was horrible. We eventually re booked through Expedia and even with the deposit we lost, we saved $750. We also had better hotel transportation and better flight times when we rebooked. Would not recommend booking through this company.
