I'm going to make a very long story short. Isabelle and Kyle at Flight Centre are professional, patient, and and a joy to do business with. I don't know how they did it, but they negotiated a refund for our COVID-cancelled flights to Europe. This is the reason one books through professional travel agents and not through online travel sites. When the chips were down and we needed help, Isabelle and Kyle came through for us with professionalism and class! We've been booking through flight Centre for years and will continue to do so! Thanks Isabelle and Kyle for all you patience and hard work.

I will never come back to flight Centre ever again they haven't email me back about my flight cancelations I recommend not to buy my ticket that place again.
