I would give zero star if I could. BE EXTREMELY careful when you book air ticket through them. They take no responsibility whatsoever.

Terrible place to book a ticket. My grandparents were suppose to come home on may 14 but obviously no flights are going from Shanghai to Canada currently. These people had the audacity to ask for another 25 dollar per person fee just to change or get a refund of only 200 each when the tickets were much more then that. What kind of terrible agency would need more money for the job they are suppose to do in the first placeu? I’m almost certain they are scamming us and already took the refund from air canada. Good thing it wasn’t too expensive of a lesson I’m gonna report them to whoever is looking over regulations for these things in Calgary and also the BBB. on a side note the only positive review is from johnny gaudreau, do you really expect anyone to believe this is johnny from the calgary flames hockey team? His english would not be this broken and its sad you have to give yourself a fake review to try to boost your rating. Please use a better fake name next time.

If you want cheap and inexpensive flights this is the place to go I've been here many times and the staff always greats my family and i with warm gentle smiles and a big welcome.

At first, the tour guide was very informative and seemed nice. However, near the end of the trip, he openly asked for us to tip him an outrageous amount. When we were hesitant he threatened to not take us back if we didn't tip him! It's completely ridiculous and we threatened to sue. When he finally took us back...2 hours late...we complained to management. Management begged us to not sue.

Very unprofessional. At this travel agency, I bought an international ticket from Calgary to Vancouver (westjet) and then Sichuan Airlines to Chengdu. The boss and the employees said that they don't need to pick up their luggage in Vancouver, but in Chengdu. As a result, you actually need to go to Vancouver to pick up your luggage and check it. Consignment was delayed a lot of time and almost missed the opportunity. Please improve your expertise and don't mislead passengers, thank you!
