Great fast service, but i got charged 110 for 20 minutes of labour cost, and it wasnt discussed. Really makes me hesistant to use the services again

I was forced to put one star. Had some keys cut and the lady warned me they might not work. I went home and they didn’t work so I called the same day and a man on the phone said, no problem bring back the receipt and he would refund me. Went in today and got yelled at by the lady who refused me a refund even though it was the owner/ employee who said it was ok. When I suggested she be more clear that there wasn’t going to be a refund she yelled she wasn’t going to take advice from me and that they’ve “been in business for 32 years.” I’m surprised about that due to the lack of professionalism and terrible service. She must need to hold onto every dollar for her to react that strongly by yelling at a customer and walking away to hide in the back of the store. I’m telling all my tenants and friends not to come here.

Good, fast service to get a few keys cut

I had Tony out to do a very small job on an apartment building mailbox that was no longer functioning. The work itself took him about a 30 minutes. He left for several hours to go and get parts and came back later in the evening. I was charged $157 for labour for 30 minutes. This was double the amount that I was quoted on the phone when I booked it. After I received my bill I called the office to discuss the unreasonableness of the price the next day. I did not challenge the price in person because I had my young daughter with me and wanted to remain as respectful as possible and not lose my cool in front of her. To date, I have not received a return phone call to discuss the unreasonable labour cost. Tony was a nice enough guy but my experience left me feeling completely ripped off. I would not recommend under any circumstances.

Tony did our install of multiple door handles, exterior locks, etc. Quality of work is excellent & both Tony & Claudette are excellent to deal with. Highly recommend!
