Called because my wife and kids were stuck outside (in the winter). Outaouais Lock were very nice on the phone and in person also. Someone showed up 15 minutes later, got the door open and replaced the lock for $124 (tax in)!! AMAZING...AND they were courteous, efficient and professional.

What is the point of being open in the weekend if no one can provide the service ! Make sure you don't get locked out of your house on a Saturday on Gatineau side because people of Ottawa don't cross the bridge!
