Steer CLEAR. They are so so so sneaky and have NO integrity!!!!! The movers that come collect your things are GREAT! But sales reps, management very WEIRD. Something weird is going on with this company. BBB had been informed. Try Atlas or Uhaul if need be, just don’t waste you time, energy on a company that makes your moving situation a living HELL!

Lies all lies! Contracted subs with reviews just as bad as theirs unfortunately I trusted my rep Kyle who was completely full of lies as well. Dispute you're credit card charges if you've already been scammed and use someone else if this review teaches you in time!

They gave me a quote 1530lbs for $1056. I said to them my stuffs are not heavy like that but they just explained about the space. Ok, it’s not a big deal. I had to deposit $500, it’s fine also. After when the driver came, they charge me $943 and they said the total is $1443 and no give me a reason. I should read the reviews before asking them to book moving service. Terrible experience. Guys, do not book this company if you do not want a bad experience.

If you want predictability and peace of mind with your moving needs, please DO NOT USE this business. 80% of my items of my cross country move were either smashed or materially damaged. I used to be a mover and am really sad about how my items were treated. One item was an antique teak credenza that was put on it end on the bed of the truck with not blanket or cardboard protecting it which resulted is in the item being scratched up the door and drawer braking and the frame falling apart. This item was the reason for the shipment and it great shape beforehand. In addition to the careless handing of my items, they also quoted me the shipping cost and then when the COD delivery came, it was 50% more at my door step. The also charged me for services that were not provided: long stair carry when I have 4 stairs at the receiving location. Their claims department continues to not take responsibility or even acknowledge any mistake made. Please do not use this business, there are many other company that will treat your items with care for a reasonable price.

WARNING: Do not use this company under any circumstances. I hired them to move me out of my house in Edmonton, store my furniture and effects for 5 months and move my stuff to Winnipeg. Imagine the worst possible experience and then double it. The pricing is enticing, at first, until you realize that they have charged you thousands of more lbs. in weight than you actually have which translates to thousands of extra dollars. The driver was ill-prepared for the move out of my house. There was a leak in the truck which resulted in him using wet moving blankets; YES WET. He didn't seem to understand me not wanting him to use them. They had stickers for the items but there was no tracking system. He simply scratched the numbers on a sheet and expects you to sign off that everything is listed. I watched them try to cram the stuff from my garage in the back of the truck and personally saw them mishandle things which ended up getting damaged. My things were moved into a warehouse in Calgary so everything got handled at least four times. Through it all, several items went missing. When my things were delivered in Winnipeg, the horror show continued by them not even willing to put down any protection on brand new flooring. Instead of putting some things in designated rooms, they rifled a bunch of them into the garage and refused to move them where they belonged. In the end, there was over $2,500 of missing and damaged items which was very difficult to try to claim. They constantly lied to me that they would "take care of me". It was just a bunch of BS and empty words because all they offered me was $50 in settlement. Trying to hold of them after, was very difficult and finally I just gave up, having to absorb the loss personally. Please do yourself a favour and never call them and spread the word to everyone you know.
