I ordered a phone through Fido, and I had no choice but to have it shipped by QMS. THE WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER. I have not received the item for weeks now; they have no idea where my parcel is. They mentioned that the parcel should be in either Toronto or Montreal, but their useless tracking system cannot track where the item is. QMS staff have been pretending to be helpful, but they didn't even call any other offices for me to find the missing item. Now my parcel appears to be lost forever, and having to deal with Fido to get a replacement phone is such a headache since QMS' system still indicates that they have my parcel on hold (worthless tracking system and customer service). This company is a joke and I would strongly recommend anyone to stay far away from them!

Quick and friendly! Less than three hours between booking the pick-up, and the drop off, for under $12.
