Edit: After leaving this review i received a few unpleasant messages from the owners. Because of the reasons noted in the review below, they were specifically advised not to take pictures of our home and use them to solicit business. However, they seem to be doing so regardless and are bragging about it. Ironically, the two people who did 99% of the painting on our house, decided to leave the company. Also, majority of the painting/work had to be refinished once this company "finished" the job. Review: Before i write anything, if any of the owners claim this review is false or untrue; please contact me and i’ll provide pictures/proof of the work that was done and everything that is written in this review. Multiple reviews for this company (at least two are from the owners themselves), are from friends who work for them. We hired them to do an external pinging job for 3000 sq. ft home. I was told three professional painters will be doing the job, who have more than 6 years experience each. Pros: - 20% more economical than 4/5 quotes we got. Cons: - 5 day job took 10 weeks to complete - First week they were late 4/5 times, with excuses ranging from traffic, prior jobs being delayed etc. - They lie non stop, from things ranging from painter experience, starting time, previous work and i can go on and on. - This business is a side job, as at least one if not both “owners” have full time jobs. - First painting day 4 young guys showed up, with 1 never having held a paint brush, 1 was the brother of the owner (about 20 years old so not sure how he’d have a 6 year pinging experience), 2 were owners (only one of who sort of knows how to paint). - The brother of the owner came a few more times to help/do some painting, but he stood around lazing most of the days he was here. - Hired one painter after i had to repeatedly argue with them at 4 week mark who had some prior painting experience. - Every day i would have to call/text them asking if anyone would be showing up? The painters would show up at 11 am - 2 pm range and leave by 6 pm most days, except for occasional late evenings. - I had to ban one of the owners from the property because he was holding pay from 2 people who were hired mid way - Owner (short guy curly hair), was putting the employee in dangerous situations by telling them, to go up a ladder alone on an uneven surface (double store home with high ceilings) - Each day painters would show up, they would waste an hour to go to dollar store to buy supplies, instead of buying them in bulk or supplying them ahead of time - Their SW contractor account was blocked because of lack of payment (confirmed with store) - I was told they would provide me with multiple pictures of jobs they’ve done previously but only one picture was provided of an external job - Driveway/garage had drip marks all over it (even though i had told them multiple times when they started to cover up and put drop sheets down). - They recommended to use ladders and roll the paint and later tried to blame me for not being able to use proper equipment. - One painter “so called pro” made a mess of our personal items and the stuff he painted had to be redone all over again. - Only one person along with a helper (D and A), ended up doing the whole job after almost 10 weeks. In hindsight, we would pay a double to get this done in a week with a professional company, who is managed properly. It was not worth the stress, and problems these guys caused us for more than two months. Please do not trust anything this company promises you and do not believe the reviews on this site. I am more than willing to collaborate the above story. Hire the pros!!
