Set up a business account with a couple of partners. BVCU made it very easy with very little time needed in the branch for me and my business partners. Nicole, our member rep was very quick to respond to questions and went above and beyond to help get everything set up as quickly as possible. Highly recommended.

I own a 25000 a month business and went in to open a business account and was discriminated against because I own a bitcoin company a registered company at that I don’t understand I have the business the government registered it but a bank will not let me open a account Canada parliament passed a bill in January saying digital currency are 100% legal tender in Canada

Terrible and unprofessional service. Stay away from this place. I inquired about a mortgage and met with Ellsbeth. She seemed friendly and eager to help and told me what documents I needed to send her. This was back in late July/early August. I sent her everything she needed and I didn’t hear back from her so I called her to make sure she had received everything. She said she had been away for a week on holiday and woukd start looking st my documents the next day. A few more weeks go by so I send her an email asking her how long she thinks it will take - no reply. At all. Not even a friendly acknowledgement of my email. I then decide to call her directly - and I’m put through to her voicemail where I left a message for her to please call me. Nothing again. Avoiding people like this is not only unprofessional, it sends a clear message of “we do not care about you and do not want to do business with you - ever.” I’m not only disappointed by this lack of professionalism but I am left bewildered as to what happened with my application? It is very strange and Inhave never been treated like this by anyone ..... ????! I do not recommend doing business here st all - perhaps this was just a warning sign to stay away from this place ........ very disappointing and unprofessional.
