I always wait a really long time at the reception and there is no one ... As soon as you enter the room, the one who is there before the vet is always on edge, he seems anxious and stressed. When we are with the vet, she does not really listen to our comments or concerns and always gives us advice that is not related to our situation. I understand that she has a lot of knowledge and it's really impressive, but I always feel like she's flaunting her knowledge without really taking the time to listen to what we have to say.

Anna Marie is very human with animals and very professional I highly recommend her but it's a shame that with the pandemic her schedule is reduced
