I showed up for my appointment only to know that my appointment wasn't taken down and had asked me to book another appointment another day or to come back 3 hours later . I was not very happy about it as I was already in a rush

I’ve had a my first pedicure and I was very satisfied with the care and results. Also had my fingers nail done and was very satisfied. What I like is that it’s bright and open space and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommended

I’ve been there twice and the second time will be my last time. The first time the older lady was gruff upon my arrival and her customer service was none existent. I had the SNS done and although the owner was the one who did the process, the older lady removed my old dip and did the “top coat” process. She did a bad job and missed places that I only saw later when I went outside. The worse part was when it was time to pay and she rushed over speaking in their language to see if I left a tip I presume. As a person of visible ethnicity it felt racist. I later had a change of heart because I was in town a month later for my birthday and wanted my nails done. One nail was broken pretty bad and the total disregard and abrupt manner in which she turned me away was appalling. She said, “I no do.” And walked away. No compassion, no problem-solving and I had to ask if they could at least glue it for me to avoid injuring it further. Yes, I mentioned that it was my birthday and no, it did not matter. She was worried about her liability. As a repeat and new customer I would have thought that they would be kinder. They say it's easier to keep a client than find a new one. They just lost this one and all of my associates. I don’t recommend them if your skin looks like mine.

I love this place. The owner and staff make you feel welcome and at home. The beautiful chairs and shell-like foot baths make you feel like you are on vacation somewhere in the tropics. I will be back with my friends in tow! If you have not been there, what are you waiting for? Relaxing, professional, clean and comfortable care at this nail nail spa!

I had an appointment at 1pm. I waited until 1:30pm and the nail technicians had only just started their other clients. I would've had to waited until minimum 2pm to get my nails done, so I just walked out. Very unprofessional. I will definitely not be going back. It was a total waste of time.
