Best place for nails

The girls who works there are very good. I'm always happy with them.

I had went with showcase nail this morning for 11am to get gel nails done with tips. I had told them what I expected of my nails. I hate that thick look. In the process the where drilling my natural nails to the point where the nail tech burned me on multiple fingers, where you not suppose to drill on natural nail btw, and I had asked them to use the buffer or a softer grid nail file instead and they told me that the felt won't stay if they don't. Then while applying the gel it was way to fast and unprofessional and that made more feel more impatient. But I still give the benefit of the doubt till I see the end results. While she was drilling more i was still getting burned because on how fast she was going with the drill. At the end I got a French with my gel set and it was absolutely dicustomg how she let me walk away. The gel application was very bumpy and not at all looking like a nail There was a couple.of hair stuck in the gel and the French was not opaque enough I was still able to see through the white . There was bubbles in the set . The massage was literally 30 SECOND LONG for both hands together and I had left pating 80 $ i had gotten in my care and went back to complain to only have her telling me it's my fault for not saying anything which i did from the very beginning . I left this place at 2pm. After they had fox it up for me and even then she drilled so much at the point were in down to the fake nail and is now cracking on the side. I refuse to go back there.
