Very rude and unprofessional, super dirty especially during Covid and charged me more than my regular place. Only went there cause I was eating close by. Never again. I don’t recommend. So many other nail salon around they should definitely learn how to treat clients with respect

This is the worst nail place I have ever been to. First of all, I made an appointment. When I showed up they had no one available and I had to beg them to take me. They rushed both my mani and pedi and my nails on my hands were terrible. They were thick and they weren’t filed well at all, even after I asked the man to fix it. I was recommended to come here by a friend but I would never ever recommend anyone to ever go here. I have multiple places in the West Island that are amazing and this is definitely not one of them. Don’t waste your money!

Please never go there, you never know if they'll get your nails right or totally wrong. The place isn't very clean, the employee who was doing my acrylics used an old brush (they were clearly struggling to use it, it would barely do its job) AND they filed the side of my nail so hard that it made my skin bleed and they pretended not to notice. This happened another time as well when I went to get a pedicure done. I don't know about other types of manicures, but for acrylics they aren't the best, sometimes your nails aren't the same length and they do them really fast most of the time. Recently, I went there and asked for a regular acrylic french manicure and they didn't do what I asked for, they used some sort of coating and used the uv light which doesn't usually happen for a regular acrylic manicure and they made my nails wayyy too long (I had asked the lady doing my nails to make them shorter twice and it seemed as though she was getting impatient every time I'd ask). I'm sure there are far better places to get your nails done in mtl.
