I like when I get my eyebrows done by Pooja; however because it is a walk-in service it will be a hit or miss if I ever get her to do my eyebrows. I always get NOT experienced young female girls, every time I go its someone different, someone who just learned how to do eyebrows with a crash course. After 3 months, I had about 3-4 new trainee's work on my eyebrows; that I totally lost my natural shape. every worker was doing it different one will make it high arch, the next round. I had to stop going and went back to my old brow lady, you just cant have so many people working on your brows.The last time I went, one lady was pulling so hard on my skin that I had so many cuts. That was the last of it for me. I hate to make this review because i do like Pooja a lot, she has many years of experience, but I just don't believe you can hire anyone and tell them to wing it on someones face.

There are definitely better places out there, hate that theres always different people working!! Only 2 of them are actually experienced, sadly. They gave my mom one of the worst services ever and I was the one who kept telling her to go to Poojas.. never again.
