My son had booked and appointment for back waxing at 2pm for today. He goes there and was told he is not on the schedule because the manager booked him and the manager is sick! They refused to do his back waxing. Told him to reschedule. This is unacceptable! You will have bad reviews. You lost a loyal customer now.
