I’ve been going to J Spa since more than 5 years now and I must say that every time I get my nails done, I am very satisfied! The nail techs are all very talented, especially Sam! She takes her time and makes sure everything is neat and clean.

I love everything about this place; the quality of the services, the fair prices, but most importantly, the girls here. They're all so nice and welcoming, I come here to do my nails everytime I'm in Montreal.

Before the pandemic, this was my nail spot. Now, I'm not so sure. Visited yesterday. Pros: appointment via phone + was asked to wear a mask + manicure still priced at $20. Plexiglass present at manicure stations. Cons: 1 employee sans mask + poor ventilation/ small space + 2 verbiose employees which doesn't help for a calming experience. Room for improvement as far as ensuring all 4 employees are masked up when clients are present (without clients having to request it). If the clients have to wear a mask to protect the employees, it's only fair they do the same for us. It's a small place and the minute you have more than two clients for a manicure, it's hard to socially distance. As walk-ins were also accepted, I don't know how they plan to manage this & keep all safe. The owner of this place needs to show more pro active measures in place. Having a hand sanitizer at the table is not good enough. I was very disappointed 😔.
