Thé place is nice but the front desk lady is disgusting. In the phone she cited me a few times and didnt answered my questions. When I arrived she clearly discriminated me and treated me as a second class client. She even answered the phone with much more details for another client and let me waiting.
When I asked to show me the premises, she also make half a tour - I saw she making complete tours for all the clients that arrived after me. Unless really in need of a treatment I will never go again see this woman.
There was no eucalyptus (neither any other) essence on the hot stone sauna; and small details were missing but is a beautiful place itself. The real problem is the human resources - as in many places around.

The place could be fantastic. It is placed in the countryside: for the view it's great. For the rest, if you want to take a dip in time, then you are in the right place. Otherwise, go your way.
The facilities are old and not maintained. The spa had to be great in the 90's but since then no refurbishment. It's not clean and frankly apart from the bubble bath and possibly the infrared lamp sauna, there is nothing really practicable. It is poorly maintained and it has made it more difficult than anything to see such a potential wasted. And finally, no hot water in the showers ... An experience at $ 74 for 2 and 2h, frankly it's really a scam. I read the bad reviews here and said that the reality would surely be more lenient but I was wrong.
