I am a long-time regular at this clinic and I must say that some new employees offer very poor customer service. I had a few times the impression that people made fun of me. I waited more than three quarters of an hour at the door without being served. The same receptionist keeps talking on the phone without deigning to look at the door for people who have been waiting for several minutes. Other technicians refuse to answer you and tell you to wait. And yet it would only take a second to give me the food already paid for on the phone. Also, why a single receptionist with all their customers and at the price it costs us (food which is more expensive than elsewhere). On the other hand, to have brought my cat last spring and to suggest x-rays for him (which the veterinarian did not consider necessary), I went to another clinic which saw fit to do them and as it were they found serious problems with my cat's stomach.

I had to go several times in a few months and I have always had good service towards me and especially towards my little kitty! Veterinarians and technicians are very attentive and take the time to answer all our questions. They love animals and take care of them carefully! I recommend this clinic! 😻
