Just tres accomodant
No customer service at the rendezvous. Extremely disappointed! Faced with this flagrant lack of honesty I allow myself to add that your offices are by enchantment closed since today. It was not when it was a question of signing the submission made during the closure of your said office. Submission and invoice received to either advance the claims process without even being moved and in the refusal to perform these temporary repairs bill if I did not sign the submission submitted to my insurer for a complete refexion that would have been made in summer. (Submission only if canceling out of time 30 days if I'm not mistaken, had to pay 15% of it anyway) Almost 2 weeks to call and send emails always with vague answers to finally make me to say that you will not move until I have signed the submission when what was urgent in the present was the repair. This pretext has become that there was snow and it was cold, now the office is closed ... I will not be caught twice. I find excellent service. Thanks for all the emails you write to me since this review. I can copy them if you want.
