Make a little effort to diversify your faculty and develop better support resources for your students. Bullying reigns at this school. Apparently there is no discrimination, since you welcome "about thirty international students per year" (which was answered to me in justification). Seriously? Yet a 100% white faculty says the opposite. "Having students of several nationalities" is no excuse for the lack of diversity in your faculty. About a hundred employees and not a single person of color. It is not just a coincidence.
