Great open late good sales

I waited behind a man receiving a package at 9:00pm tonight. The man in front of me forgot his wallet so he ran back to his car and received his package. It is now 9:04pm and the employee proceeds to turn me away saying they are closed. Requesting purolater for other packages. Please train your employees customer service.
