I do alot of p/up's with them and my regular guy is amazing. There was a mix up with entering in data for one particular package pick up and the supervisor came out on her own time to pick up. She personally came out to pick up and make sure all was corrected. Thank you for your service, not an easy job to do.

They wont deliver mail if your place and your neighbors place arent shoveled perfectly. They are rude and yell before you can say anything. They keep trespassing and walking through my back yard by my bedroom window. Ive asked many times for them to stop because its creepy. They wont stop. They dont care about solving issues. They are just lazy and dont want to do their job.

Bad service, very impatient staff.

Ordered a drone for my nephew’s birthday. Camrose Canada left a pickup notification in my mailbox giving me 15 days to come get the parcel. They shipped it back to the seller after only 5 days with no explanation why. Disgusted with them. I now have no present for my nephew. Terrible customer service.

Would give 0 stars if I could! Always so rude, never have the knowledge to answer questions, and are frustrating to deal with. I refuse to go back after months of this.
