Manpreet and her staff are amazing! I have never had a pharmacist go so far above and beyond to help me out! I was stuck in a major bind while traveling and over multiple days Manpreet assisted with getting me everything I needed. I can not think of a better word then AMAZING!

We visited the shoppers drug mart for the first time today at this location. I must say the customer service we received from “sally” was terrible. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. I dont know what’s wrong with her. Inmensely disappointed and never coming back for sure. It was a highly humiliating experience. I still can feel those negative vibes from her. You should actually get a life, learn to behave and show some sign of respect to the customers. The prime location actually deserves better employee unlike her!

Service is great. Especially at the pharmacy. They are quick, professional and very polite. I'd like to point out the pharmacist herself who is a master at her craft. If there is any thing you may need I'd seek her out. The store is clean and social distancing is observed and shields are in place. Personally I think since this business is in Medicare, shoppers should offer a free mask to whoever comes in without one. Just saying.
