Shoppers Drug Mart

I was trying to find the best place to write a review and I hope this is it. I’ve been going to this particular shoppers for a few years as it stands and I only have good things to say. The staff as a whole couldn’t get any better but one person in particular this evening stood out to me and they deserve to be recognized and acknowledged. I had to run in later in the evening due to my headphones dying and Shoppers Cobblestone happened to be the closest place as usual. There was a cashier by the name of Adam who was extremely helpful. He was really knowledgeable and really patient which helped a lot with my decision making. He had a great attitude and went above and beyond. I’m glad that he did. It was very much appreciated on my end. He has exceptional customer service and this location is very lucky to have him.

Time and time again I have gone to this Cobblestone Shoppers location and have ALWAYS received the best customer service. Today Alex in the cosmetic department assisted me in finding my favorite cologne. She was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel like my question and thoughts where important. Her customer service is outstanding! It is rare these days to receive such a high standard of service. I was very impressed.

The Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacy has a great delivery service, and the staff is very courteous. This is perfect in this extraordinary time regarding COVID-19. Many thanks

Excellent service and staff at this location, by far my preferred Shoppers in Grande Prairie. The staff are always professional and polite, the store is clean and well stocked.
