I love just going for a "quick little" look in here with my wife. With gyms closing I have to get creative. Start by finding a 20lbs bag of potatoes for $6! Now lug this up and down the isles while your wife takes you from toiletries clean across the store to the bakery, then back to housewares. You better go up and down each of the isles looking for random things like pineapple chunks for good measure. Good job, your "quick little" look just helped you burn 1500 calories.

Terrible time management with pickup. The first time it happened my pick up was ready 5 hours after the pick up time, no one was answering the phone. I called superstore head office and they told me they couldn't get through to the store either. I was ready to let that one go but it's happening again today, they have no idea when it might be ready and can't tell me a time. I booked it a day in advance hoping that would give them enough time. I understand it's busy but if this is happening consistently it's obvious they need to hire more staff for order picking or book fewer people per hour.

My household has done the majority of our grocery shopping at Real Canadian Superstore for the past 12 years. With RCSS now implementing mandatory mask wearing, we will be taking our money elsewhere. You can wear ANYTHING as a mask, you could cut up you living room sheer curtains and make a mask out of them. You can wear ANYTHING as a mask, because it's NOT about safety, it's about COMPLIANCE. There is an agenda at play. Last I checked, in Canada, we still observe the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. In particular, Section 2 (b) and Section 7. No one, not the government, not some CEO of a faceless company...not even my own Mother, no one can force me or anyone else to do anything to their bodies, to inject anything in their bodies or tell us where to stand or go with our bodies and most definitely not force us to restrict our breathing of oxygen, re-inhale our own carbon dioxide and suppress our immune systems by wearing a mask, all while giving that faceless company our money to do so. Just as I would never try to force anyone to remove a mask that they've chosen to wear. I respect EVERYONE'S opinions, decisions, beliefs and choices. If it's your decision to wear a mask and keep 2 meters apart, in case someone is "speaking moistly", then by all means, employ your beliefs. However, not everyone is going to believe what you believe and those beliefs should also be respected in return. I respect the decision to implement, however, I do not have to agree with said decision. RCSS: Lift the mandatory masking and I MIGHT consider returning, with our hard earned money, to shop at your store...maybe.

The express pick up option has been terrible lately. I have a pick up scheduled between 8-9 and it’s not ready on time. Once I got there I was told it would be 15 minutes because they need to grab a couple more items for the order ended up waiting over one hour to get the groceries no compensation for the wait other than we will give you points that I never actually got. could have just went in and got them myself at that point. Did the same thing tonight pulled up to the store called the number my pick up again was scheduled between 8-9 was told they need to get a few more things before the order was completed it would be 15 minutes told them to cancel the order. The express option is great when implemented properly but they seem to be way over booking the amount of pick ups and cannot handle the capacity. This service used to be really good but I’m not likely to ever use it again from super store anyway.

Standard superstore! Which means it's much better than the other grocery chains around! Clean bright and everything you need at decent prices. Also fladhfoods! Get the app and thank me later!
