Supposed to pick up new mail key for my box...I got told they were open till 8pm and I said perfect cause I work till 7pm they apparently close at 5pm and closed on weekends...haven't even gotten a call or the tag they said I'd get on my door to come get the key...and not a number to call ti make arrangements...yet none of the ones that are open till 9pm don't even deal with the keys...they need to do something about this..staff needs to know operation hours instead of giving people a wild goose chase

Courrier decided my boyfriend didnt live at my address and sent his ID back without asking us. Then it got send back to my address when he had it resent and the courrier did the same again. Because of it he cant attend his brothers bachelor party and could get suspended from his job because he needs it's. They won't offer any help on the issue. I wish I could give zero stars for their lack care for anyone they service.

WHERE ARE THE PHONE NUMBERS INCREDIBLY INCONVENIENT!

Had my mailbox shut down from the Freson brothers south location ( with no warning)- all our mail got forwarded here... Great except. only open till 5pm and not on weekends!?? This is an oil patch town, sundays off and work in the field till 5pm.. So I have to take a day off to get my mail???! Ridiculous!

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED!!! Can we give them negative stars? pathetic I have to give them one to post. I have not been able to get into my mail box for a week and a half because the lock on it is broken. I have spoken to 4 different people, 2 of them customer service supervisors, NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK! They have promised me dates to be fixed, which didn't happen after a week to find they didn't even have the right address; the staff there don't understand English apparently even though you repeat your address for confirmation every time you phone... The superintendent of this location is "out-of-office" and there is NO PHONE NUMBER! Can someone please explain how CANADA POST can hold your mail from you?!?!? They wont even bring my mail to a location to pick it up!!! I am so upset. This is horrible. Thank you Canada Post.
