Bob is a great massage therapist who takes care of his client’s goals and explains everything in detail. This helped in gaining a better understanding of how my body works and what corrections needed to be made in order to maintain a healthy physique and eliminate pain and tension. I have had a lot of massage therapy over the years and Bob really impressed me during my visit. He took the time to really listen carefully to what my problem areas were and did a great job at time management during the massage. The prices are also really affordable compared to other places in the Bow Valley.

I have been a massage connoisseur in my life - and I have never had a better massage than with Bob at Progressive Wellness. Every time I am in Canmore as I live in Edmonton, I make sure I have an appointment scheduled. Even physio, or chiro doesn't fix my aches and pains like Bob. Highly recommended.

Whenever I visit Canmore, I always book in with Joanne Tosh for an amazing deep tissue massage. She is by far the best therapist I've ever had and she's the only one who can get me the relief I need. Beautiful clinic and I highly recommend her!
