Jan is by far the rudest admin support staff I've ever spoken with. Patel is charging fraudulent fees. Reputation for not calling her clients then charging them no show fees. Obviously fraudulent and a cash grab at this clinic. Arrogance prevalent and ignorance at extreme levels. Lots of excellent practitioners in Calgary. PATEL and her henchman aren't part of the professionals unfortunately. Be aware and watch them cautiously.

I was in a car accident a couple years ago and I have been seeing Sue for physiotherapy since then. My back is improving with each treatment since the car accident. The clinic is very clean, and I am treated in a private room. The clinic is doing an excellent job of keeping patients and practitioners safe in these challenging times.

I have been a patient of Susan Saretsky's for approximately 15 years for a chronic nerve, neck and shoulder injury as well as a few other injuries. Sue is very caring and compassionate, dedicated to your treatment plan and well being, and is very knowledgeable of how the human body works. (She is also amazing at IMS!!) Sue understands the affects a chronic injury not only has on your physical well being but also on your mental health. I really don't know how I would have made it through the past 15 years without her and her expertise and her continual caring support - she has helped me tremendously! Sue has her expertise as most therapists do, so when I fractured both my wrists, even though Sue could have easily treated me, she referred me to a therapist that specialized only in hands. She put my health first and what she thought would be the best treatment for me would be and I greatly respect her for that. I am blessed and grateful that I have such an amazing physio and I would highly recommend her!

Treatment with Sue has had an enormous impact on my life, reducing my pain levels drastically. She is such a compassionate and caring person coupled with vast clinical knowledge and skills.
