When you hear the term "Essential Service" most people don't think about roadside assistance until they need it. I found myself in that position today when I locked my keys in my car with it running in -23 wind chill. Where AMA quoted me a 1 hour wait before someone would arrive, Michael from Auto Spa was there in less than 10 minutes and had me back in my car in less than 3 minutes after that. To top it off, he even gave me a candy cane. Michael and Auto Spa Towing, I thank you for your amazingly quick and efficient service. You are essential and I will never forget that!

Michael Donald was highly proficient when he assisted me in getting my jeep commander ready for the road, he was able to assist me with fixing my tire and battery even thought we just had a snow storm!
