I saw Norm Denault about my sciatica. I had no idea what to expect, but Norm listened to my concerns and asked what my long term expectations were. After the assessment, he gave me stretches that immediately helped relieve pain and then, with exercise, build strength to avoid further injury. My pain is now completely gone and I feel more fit and confident to get back to the activities I enjoy. I would recommend Norm to anyone experiencing sciatic nerve pain.

Very thankful to Athletes Advantage and Norm for helping my daughter get back on track after dislocating her knee. At the time when I first visited Advantage, I was almost a year Post Concussion, and still not close to feeling OK. I had seen a couple other physios to no benefit. Norm took the time to really get to the root, and tailor a program that really worked for me. I can't say how much I enjoyed the return to normalcy, and am really looking forward to playing my sport again. The whole office staff were so great, helpful, and really nice. I can't recommend them enough, from easy scheduling, smart staff, and most importantly, the expertise. I was very frustrated with a lot of doctors and health professionals before I started here. (I know, cliche... but its beyond true!).
