I came today for two ultrasound and had a very pleasant experience. Firstly the ladies at the front desk where so nice. The young lady doing my ultrasound was so nice and very gentle during the procedure. For my second ultrasound the young man was also very polite and very good at what he does. Overall a very welcoming environment, will recommend this place to everyone.

I will NOT be returning here and would advise others to find somewhere else to go! I went in and the lady at the front desk (dark shoulder length hair) barked at me to sanitize before I even reached the sanitizer station. I handed her my requisition and she told me flat out she had to call my doctor to confirm the tests I needed. EVEN THO THEY WERE PLAINLY STATED ON THE REQUISITION. Everyone knows your not gonna be able to call a doctor office and be able to speak directly with a doctor anytime soon! This lady was EXTREMELY RUDE. I took my requisition to insight across the street and never had a problem.

Rude! Demanded I sanitize my hands. I have contact dermatitis and cannot use sanitizers. She said you'll have to wash your hands...again, contact dermatitis, I have to use a special medicated soap. "I'm sorry, but I cannot serve you, you just touched the door on your way in" she said. I didn't, I cant, I cant touch anything because of my skin condition and that risk alone makes me not touch anything. I only came in to ask a question because I sat on hold over 20 mins. I kept my space from her with a mask on. She couldn't even answer my questions and just sent my husband, who is disabled and not easily mobile, across the road to Insight just because she couldn't handle me not being able to sanitize to make her feel better. 😒🤨 I wish I got her name. She was extremely unprofessional and lacking any understanding of medical conditions. Ironic.

I was there this morning and the ladies at the front desk were so unfeeling and just about rude! We all are going thru a hard time with covid, not just the medical community. They need to have a bit more empathy and patience. They need to speak to people with a little kindness. Elderly lady in front of me was treated as if she were just an inconvenience.
