Canada Diagnostic Centres

I have now been to this Centre 3x, twice in the last week. First I'll start with the amazing technicians that work in the back. If I could review only them I would definitely give a 5☆ rating. The first and second time I was there for a trigger finger injection and the gentleman doing this procedure was very good about explaining what he was doing and as painful as the procedure was he was sure to make it as comfortable as possible, I'm only sorry I didn't get his name Today was my third appointment, 2nd in a week this time for a screening mammogram. The technician doing this, Kelly, absolutely the most friendly and caring person I have dealt with. She listened to my reason for wanting this procedure done and made sure I was comfortable through it all. She really should be commended for her ability to set ones mind at ease. (Go Winnie😊) I had arranged this appointment myself last week after my injection and dealing with Kirsten at the front desk, was an absolutely horrible experience. She questioned and argued with me as to why I wanted this done and made me so upset having to explain more than once and actually telling me I didn't need one, then finally with a roll of her eyes said fine just make the appointment to another girl seated beside her. Today when I went in her attitude was no better thankfully the other girl that works the desk is a lot more professional

Beautiful facility, for the most part it has always been a very positive experience coming here. Staff is very professional and courteous, although front end staff at reception are a bit cold. My only complaint would be that it is very hard to get through their phone system to book an appointment, average wait time on the phone is 20 minutes this needs to be improved upon.

Best injection place in Edmonton by far....I've had over a dozen injections in my life I always bruised or had a lot of discomfort pain and anxiety. I thought I would give this company a try and to my delight I've found my forever clinic for injections.....staff is so nice.....the Doctor's are so gentle....I get no bruising no tears , non of that.....I just want to thank the staff .

Replace the receptionists and team with sheep - you will achieve same customer experience you currently have. God, Dynalife and Canada Diagnostic Centres are the two most disgusting things we have in Canada. Booking an appointment is worthless the operate exactly like a Zoo this branch. Save your time and drive somewhere else.

The staff here are so kind! From the front admission to the techs, I've always been treated with respect and compassion. They clearly explain what they're doing and make sure I'm comfortable. This is the best location I've been to. Thank you, folks!
