The perfect travel agent! What makes Heidi different from the rest is her attentiveness and effort to fulfill all our wants and needs towards our travel journey. Most importantly, she listened and took the time to provide us with the best option. After going through friends recommendations, google searching and mall searching for a travel agent we found Heidi through an ad on The Shepard's Guide. She spent months with us as we decided on a destination wedding, though after many hours of planning we had finally made the decision to take the traditional route and have a local wedding. This did not phase her as she gladly assisted us with our honeymoon destination. We had specific requests (such as a hot tub in our suite) that many travel agents tried to dissuade us or give us quotes of such exorbitant prices, it seemed what we were asking for was impossible. Yet Heidi found resorts that were not only beautiful but with reasonable pricing and hot tubs in the rooms, just as we asked. She assisted with the private transportation, flight schedule and gave us tips and tricks for travel to Costa Rica. Gave all the documents with a thorough explanation and told us if we ran into any trouble she was a call away. She was easy to be reached and contacted through the whole process, from beginning to end. At one point, I was desperate in finding a wedding planner, she took on the call for help and spoke with her friends and gave us recommendations (which I chose to use and it was a fantastic recommendation). Heidi was willing to help us in whatever we needed. She was also so kind to give us a thank you card for using her company and herself as our travel agent. She goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend Heidi and her services with great joy and would go back to her in a heart beat for all our travelling needs. Thank you Heidi from Tony and I for arranging a beautiful Honeymoon Destination that will never be forgotten.
