Ross Baines was not helpful. He was late and kept me waiting for treatment, and then basically shamed me for being inflexible. He really gave the vibe that he didn't care about his client.

I have been at Physio plus last year after running injury and Ross and his team got me pain free 2 months ago I went back with severe lower back pain i Was only getting couple hours sleep at night after getting my treatments with Ross I now feel so much better and I can say I am pain free . Thank you for all your help and the exercise that you taught me to help me stay in good shape

Physioplus provided first class service to me when I injured my foot. I went to a walk-in clinic and they gave me an x-ray that determined my foot was not broken. The pain was too intense for it not to be something serious so I went to physioplus and met Ross, the owner/physiotherapist, and he immediately understood my pain. After several visits Ross could tell the pain was not subsiding so he set up a CT scan, which showed there was a fracture after all. Ross provided the necessary documentation and referral so I could get fitted for an air cast, and now I am doing much, much better. I cannot express how helpful Ross was and how he made this experience as painless as possible. Physioplus is Second to None.

Went here a couple weeks ago, my shoulder actually hurt more after attending the physio session, and didn’t receive any useful information on how to improve my injury.
