Carl is the best physio I’ve had the opportunity to be treated by and an all around great guy. He is committed to helping his clients reach their peak physical health. He was quickly able to diagnose and begin treating a chronic knee and rib challenge that I had been struggling with for some time. He also prepared a personalized strength and conditioning routine to help me target and strengthen the problem areas. I’ve also had the pleasure of being treated by a Giorgio, an Osteopathic Practitioner, that works out of the same location at Physica Health...he’s also been instrumental in helping me get my body back into alignment and is a great guy too. These two are the dream team and pairing Carl’s physio and Giorgio’s osteopathic treatment has really accelerated my healing process. Kudos to the team at Physica for getting me sorted...I’m grateful to have found these guys!

I've been seeing Carl for over a year now on and off and he has helped me with numerous aches and pains and recommended great rehabilitation exercises which have helped me avoid it going forward.. I highly recommend Carl not just for his years of experience but also for he is very understanding, soft spoken, and genuinely wants to help others live better! I see Giorgio here for Osteopathy. He is a truly skilled and gifted practitioner with a wealth of knowledge and experience. I’ve had chronic pain impacting my mobility for a number of years and have worked with a team of practitioners from various disciplines. Giorgio always finds a way to get my body to release pain and keep me moving. I am so grateful for him! Highly recommended!

Years of mobility issues and discomfort - seemed to be although not solved completely in one session with Joel, GREATLY supported. Joel was able to pinpoint where my body trauma came from and quickly and effectively moved me through gentle treatments which left me feeling NOTICEABLY different after our first hour together. I am SO eager to continue this new protocol. It's clear that Joel is working in a field that he is meant to be.

Joel is terrific at what he does! Wonderful bedside manor, I felt comfortable and in great care during every treatment. I love that he gives homework to ensure a quick recovery. Highly recommend! My first, and only Osteopath! I will definitely be going back.
