This post office is the worst one I have ever been to. The people who work there are rude. (based on multiple encounters and multiple friends have had the same issues) This time there was a man standing in line at the post office who told me the post office is closed even though I got there before closing and they could have helped me. He failed to tell me he works at the post office as he was not in uniform. I thought he was a casual person because he was dressed like a tourist. It is too bad they could not just put up a sign behind the last customer saying "last customer come back tomorrow"--it would be more clear than the tourist casually talking to a stranger during a world pandemic..

The man who usually works the mail desk is great. Unfortunately the entire process and store was very subpar today. The front desk was left unattended multiple times while customers were there, and the cashier refused to look at the shelf price when it did not match the scanned price. The post office service was extremely slow, which understandably happens, but staff was not very helpful and were someone's downright rude. Overall this makes me question using this location again.

Poorly run location and the staff us rediculously disrespectful and they refuse to give u service u get everywhere else for canada post. I go there cz i have to and its the nearest location otherwise i wont pay th a single visit ever. Apparently im not the only one who experience below the low quality of service at this location.

Absolutely horrible,I highly recommend NOT to come to this location, especially with the staff.They constantly complain about packages.They show no sense of dedication or compassion.And lose their patience easily.
