I went to this office 3 times to return something I purchased from Amazon. 1st time it was closed because of not updated hours on their website. 2nd time, I needed to print the return mailing label, he sent me to uptown to print a piece of paper although i told him i will pay for it! (I don't know they have machine or not!) 3rd time, when i needed a small piece of tape to close the envelope, he said "we don't provide tape"!!! Come on! >>>unfortunately VERY unhelpful
