Country Grocer

Nice local chain. Good selection and specials. Still committed to social distancing way more than certain bigger BC and national chains but I guess that's what being local does. Just wish they had a more in town location. Recommend giving them a try

Very nice....good selection In most areas

I used to shop here often, until I just had one of the employees taking inventory have a mental flip out on my and verbally assault me about getting to close to him will he blindly stood in the dairy section in everyone's way. Then for some reason was completely OK with talking to customers 10 seconds later within 6 feet. I stopped shopping immediately and bought what I already had in my basket. When I called in to make a formal complaint about the employee, the man answering the phone justified the employees actions by saying "Our employees are just under a lot of stress right now". Listen everyone is under stress everyday and you should NEVER take out your frustrations on people that just want to shop at your establishment.

I love the Country Grocer. The staff are helpful, and friendly, and their selection is great. If you want to enjoy your grocery experience, rather than feel like you are in an airplane hanger this is the place.

As far as I know this is a local owned grocery store and I do like my money not going to huge corporations. That said great prices and specials.
