Today I walked in for 2 seconds. The owner lady approached me and ask if I was looking for anything specific. I said “I wasn’t sure yet but...” I didn’t even get to finish my sentence. She was brutally rude telling me to leave if I wasn’t looking to buy anything. She said “You have to leave. Not for looking” I was stunned by her terrible customer service. I was speechless and left the store. I was extremely disappointed to be treated this way. I’ve been to this store countless times, and the owner lady has always been rude and unfriendly to me and other customers. The reason I kept going back to the store was because I wanted to support local business, and the store has some cool items. Unfortunately I will stop supporting this store from now on and will not recommend anyone to shop there.

Bad experience. I needed a lighter and pulled out my Visa to pay for it. The guy says to me: "you're gonna need to spend more money than that for your Visa". Then he demanded Cash or Debit only, stating he makes no money off Visa sales. Dude, it's a $3.00 lighter already. He forced me to use my debit card so he could recoup his 5 cents he would lose for the credit card sale.

Great gift shop and convenience store located downtown. Great place to get a nice cold drink on a hot sunny day during the summer. Friendly staff and good customer service.

I brought a plastic bowl and it’s broken. I want to return this but the owner was very mean and won’t take the bowl back!!!! Don’t shop in this store any more, there is so many Chinese shop in Chinatown! Shame on the store and the owner! From the time I brought the bowl until I try to return it, only 30 mins gap !

Did not have a great experience here at all. The worker maybe owner was very rude, short answered and almost disrespectful. Left immediately after engaging in conversation with her. Close shop if you’re that miserable.
