The inside and outside is very cute and has a nice layout although although there are steps to the bottom and no ramp. But staff are right there to grab stuff. Prices are alright for this type of store!
I'm a legal consenting adult and provided my I.D to purchase a pack of smokes.
The lady at the counter stared at my I.D (I was born in 1992), turned it around to look at the back (...why? It was BCID). She asked me for a second piece, which I provided, and she still turned me down. I then produced a third piece of I.D and was still turned down. At this point I became very frustrated at being singled out and refused service for no reason and will not be returning. She didn't even say a word to me other than "no". Please work on your customer service skills and ensure that your staff are correctly able to identify ages on two legal pieces of I.D and tell people apart if you are serving adult products to the public.
