Lake Cowichan Post Office

This is the Worst managed Post Office one time I had my cell phone sent to get repaired the Post Office staff did not put a package notification in my Box but instead They sent my package back 3 times on another occasion I had a letter sent to me from Victoria They with held it for 2 weeks before putting it into my Box when these issues were of brought up employees treated me very rudely after that for quite some time now I've been waiting on a package since may the 10th and may 14th 2 separate packages we are now on the 25th of July I still have no package and it was also Express post I've mailed stuff out express post which usually is 2 or 3 days they say I spent almost $15 from here to Victoria express post after 5 days it's so wasn't there very unimpressed something needs to change

the counter woman is always incredibly helpful and nice. i don't fault them for any issues with shipments because 9/10 times it's the shipper's fault, not theirs. they also left my keys in my po box when i thought i'd left them! Definitely love picking my mail up from them :)

Was doing shipments through Amazon. Purolator gave great service to my door. Canada Post didn't alert me that my package had arrived. Canada Post didn't alert Amazon that the package had arrived. Had to then carry two heavy boxes home. Purolator was able to get my package delivered to me to my door. Canada Post gave me some sort of lecture about my box number and address. Canada Post also screwed up my Christmas deliveries via Amazon. So at this point, if Amazon ever ships me packages through Canada Post, I'm sending them back and canceling the order. Very nice staff. Very nice gentleman who helped me. It's a beautiful, friendly town here. But Canada Post is a terribly run company.

We always take our packages to Duncan. This place is the worst.
