Cineplex Cinemas Abbotsford and VIP

I love this theater. Especially the VIP with extra room and comfort. During COVID they recommend wearing a mask (except when eating your popcorn) and they have limited seating and are relatively cash free. Less crowds, more relaxing and I love movies so grateful they are open

I usually enjoy myself going to the movies and enjoying the food and having a great time but this time the service at the front was really good getting my information but the food and the people at the food station we're okay I was expecting it to be better it was like less quality. this is the first time I came back since quarantine thought it would be better

Very meh. Outtakes is closed 98% of the time and as the employee said it’s open randomly. Every time we’ve come in the last three months we’ve been unable to get anything from outtakes. Something my fiancée loves. Sort of ruins the whole experience when we can’t have our favourites when enjoying a movie. Please post and standardize your outtakes hours to avoid disappointed customers. Plus the popcorns been burnt a couple times. So keep An eye on that.

Come here all the time, no complaints about viewing experience, but I do wish outtakes had reopened as well, often want a poutine during a movie.
