My package was delivered to this location, I was not notified when it arrived, I was only notified that they were going to send it back with a "final notice" Canada Post ensured me that they would hold it for 5 business days but I went there today and it was already gone "3 business days later". During the pandemic there is supposed wait times on packages but Canada post seems to be able to send stuff away many days early

I am so upset with one of the employees at this Canada Post locations. The first time I ever encountered her - I was 5 months pregnant and I had ordered my baby stroller. I went to pick it up and had asked for help to carry it out to my vehicle.. the box literally said, "Caution: Very heavy". She then said to me, "Do it yourself, you'll be fine". The second time I encountered her was today. I had a bunch of packages to return to Amazon, I went in and said, "hi, how are you?". She looked at me and said nothing at all. Then I had to return 4 packages and had to buy the wrapping and whatnot for it... she huffed and puffed the whole time she was helping me. I have never experienced such awful customer service. I honestly do not know how she is even still working.

Edit: Shes been really nice lately so I changed my rating from 1 star to 4!! There's an older woman who works here who is so unkind and short tempered, I don't know why she's allowed to work here. If I went to my job with that attitude every day I would be fired. This is the closest location to me, and I dread coming here because the way she treats people is so upsetting and hurtful. 95% of the time she won't even ask you what method you'd like to ship something and she will automatically pick the most expensive option and then tell you to pay it.
