Tried to verify ID here. Worker did not know what she was doing and denied me. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Total utter incompetence.

Used this place countless times over the past 5 years and have never encountered a rude staff member. After working customer service for years I expect roughly half the people putting one star reviews started off their interaction being rude and expected the staff member to comply. One reviewer gave a 1 star review because they closed early!?!? There are countless situations that could be out of the control of the post office that would call for a early closure. This is a small location with only one employee at a time. These guys have good hours, fast service and helpful staff even though they are understaffed. I'm sure there are some legit reasons for these one star reviews but If you are kind and know what you need this is a great location to use

Really irritated by this place. Saturday night at 7:50 i had some last minute running around to do. I had to pick up a parcel from this office. I didn't think they would be open this time of night, but i had to grab some stuff from shoppers anyways. I when to their desk at the back, and sure enough their sign was up saying it was closed. When i took a closer look however, their hours on that sign said they should have been open for ANOTHER 40 MINUTES. I can understand closing shop 15 mins early on a saturday night, but 40 minutes??? i was shocked when i saw that. The irony was that i was at first impressed with their late hours, but if your staff is not competent enough to maintain the hours listed, then change you business hours. If they were supposed to be closed at 7:00 instead of 8:30 then this review would not be written. But to whichever staff member decided to bounce 45 mins early, this review is for you.
